Vincent “Vinny” Desiderioscioli is an award-winning producer, editor, and photographer with more than 25 years of experience delivering high-impact video production, photography, and live-event content for corporations, associations, government agencies, and non-profits.
Vinny spent 25 years at Marriott International, where he served as a Producer and Manager of Production in the Creative Services department—an internal agency specializing in large meetings, conventions, corporate events, video production, photography, and graphics. During his final five years at Marriott, Vinny led a production team that completed more than 685 projects for internal and external audiences, generating $1.5 million in revenue. In addition to managing video production, he played a key role in producing and supporting some of Marriott’s largest global events.
A versatile visual storyteller, Vinny’s photography career grew alongside the rise of DSLR video. He began shooting still photography at fan conventions and synchronized skating competitions then expanded into large-scale events, conferences, product photography, and portrait work. He also served as a seasonal supervisor of digital photography for Six Flags America, overseeing on-site photography operations and staff.
Vinny’s passion for storytelling extends to documentary production. While working in the Special Projects department at WWOR-TV (Channel 9, New York), he contributed to five documentaries. He later produced and released his own documentary on the laser tag industry. His production experience includes multi-camera live events, studio production, and location shooting.
Through his company, Yo Vinny! Productions, LLC, Vinny provides full-service production support, including producing, directing, editing, and photography for meetings, conventions, live events, and branded content. His diverse industry experience also includes working as a talent handler and seat filler at three different Grammy Awards ceremonies, a tour guide at Disney-MGM Studios, and a video director for live concerts at The Theater at MGM National Harbor.
